Important dates:
A - Registration:
To participate in the conference (presentation and/or publication) it is necessary to fill in the registration form (you can download it by link to as word/pdf files or check it in the Supplement 1 below) and send it to oncomarkers2019@yandex.ru (please, specify [OM2019 - registration] in the email subject)..
B - Regisration fee:
Registration fee is 300 Euro for scientists and clinic specialists, 90 Euro for students, 1000 Euro for representatives of commercial organizations.
Registration fee covers:
• Information materials of the conference and participant’s briefcase
• One publication (abstract) in a special issue (after reviewing and acceptance for print)
• Coffee-breaks in intervals between sessions
• Welcome Reception

THE COST OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee will only be accepted if paid by bank transfer.
For registration of the contract and invoicing, the following data must be sent to oncomarkers2019@yandex.ru (please, specify [OM2019 - registration fee] in the email subject):
C - Abstract submission
Until the 10th of May abstracts must be sent for both oral and poster presentations. Abstracts will be published in a special issue.
ABSTRACT FORMAT REQUIREMENTS (Download description of format and Abstract example by this link in word/pdf format)
Materials for publication must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019 in electronic form with a note "Abstract_OM2019" to oncomarkers2019@yandex.ru.
IMPORTANT: The file name must be typed in Latin letters and correspond to the name and initials of the first author, the direction of the conference and the form of participation. For example: Ivanov I.I._ Pathological morphology_full participation.
Abstract format requirements for publication:
• 1-3 pages in electronic format;
• text editor – Microsoft Word;
• font – Times New Roman, size 12;
• line spacing – single;
• margins – 2 cm above and below, 3 cm left and right;
• drawings, graphics, pictures including color, are allowed in the text.
Abstract languages:
1. The title must be presented in Russian and in English.
2. Abstract summary must be presented in Russian and in English.
3. Abstract text must be either in Russian or in English.
4. If you wish you can specify your email address for communication.

The program committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that were sent after the deadline or written not according to the format specified. All the accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings only after the registration fee is paid.
