Swiss-Russian Medical Forum
The purpose of the Forum - to expand and deepen bilateral cooperation in the field of medicine and health for the benefit of Swiss and Russian patients.
The idea of the Forum was approved by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and President of Switzerland Doris Leuthard at a meeting in Sochi in August 2010.
Forum was supported by the Ministry of Health and Social Development and other relevant organizations of Russia and Switzerland.
Organizers - Swiss-Russian Forum Foundation (headquartered in Zurich), Swiss non-profit organization created to promote the Swiss-Russian bilateral relations in business, law, science and health. With the support of the Governor of the Novosibirsk region, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences and the Swiss Embassy in the Russian Federation.
Participants: leading Russian and Swiss experts in different fields of medicine, clinics, research institutes, government officials, bureaucrats, legislators in the field of medicine and public health, business representatives, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
