Visa

Please, specify in your participant application at "Personal Cabinet" whether

• you need visa (invitation),
• you have any accompanying person.

You can get official information about entering Russian Federation in Russian Consulate or Embassy in your country (see Address of Diplomatic and consular missions of Russia).

Obtaining a visa requires an official invitation to visit Russian Federation. In order to let the organizing committee give you such an invitation, please,

• fill in "Application for invitation to enter Russian Federation" (DOC-file or ODT-file)
• and send it via e-mail to scan2012@ict.nsc.ru; use "Application for visa" as subject of the letter.

You should bear in mind that it may take Federal Migration Service of Russia up to 30 days to issue the invitation. Delivering the invitation from Novosibirsk to your country requires additional time. So, send us the necessary information as soon as possible.
