Optimization of living systems regulatorika in the field of anomalies

This article is devoted to the optimization of living systems regulatorika (regulatorika is the science that involves the study of interconnected activity of regulatory mechanisms). The results showed that in the areas of anomalies (dynamic chaos and “black hole”), the most optimal is the transition to the nearest r-window of irregular oscillations or a sequential transition along the chain from r-windows to the region of limit cycles using minimization of irregularity levels  and metabolic load. In the “black hole” area, it is optimal to transfer the system to the area of ​​dynamic chaos (by reducing the degree of self-conjugation and (or) increasing the value of the activity parameter of the regulatory system).
