Visa application

For the participation of foreign colleagues in the conference in accordance with the requirements of the Russian legislation it is necessary to issue a humanitarian visa.

Participation in the conference of foreign participants who have issued a tourist or business visa is not provided, as prohibited by Russian law.

A humanitarian visa is issued on the basis of an invitation, which is issued by the Conference Organizing Committee at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The invitation is issued within 2 weeks for citizens of the United States, China, Japan, as well as citizens of the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.

To issue an invitation, you must send to the email address:   the following personal data:

  • copy of passport (scan page with photo). The passport validity period must be at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa.
  • full business address
  • position
  • fax number
  • phone number
  • the name of the city in the country where the visa will be issued at the Russian Embassy / Consulate.
  • date of entry into Russia
  • date of departure from Russia

For citizens of countries not included in the list of countries listed above, the term for issuing an invitation will be 1.5 months.

IMPORTANT: for citizens of these countries to issue an invitation, along with the rest of the above documents, you must send a scan of a full copy of your passport (including all blank pages).
The validity of a foreign citizen's passport must be at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa.


For citizens of CIS countries, a visa is not required to enter the Russian Federation. Invitations for conference participants will be sent by the Organizing Committee.
