Registration fee

The registration fee for conference participants is 15,000 rubles, for postgraduate and undergraduate students - 10,000 rubles. The deadline for payment of the registration fee is June 10, 2024 inclusive. In case of later payment, the organising fee will be 16,000 rubles, for postgraduates and students - 11,000 rubles.

Dear conference participants! To pay the organizational fee you need to:

1. Download and fill in the contract (download the contract for individuals, download the contract for legal entities) with the organizing partner of the conference (the Foundation "Support of Science and Culture").

2. You should send the completed contract to the e-mail bpsb@sibran.ru. Please indicate "ICMAR-2024" in the subject line. In the signature indicate the contact person's data: Surname, First Name, Patronymic (if available) and contact phone number. Representatives of the Foundation will send you an invoice for payment or contact you to clarify the details of the participation agreement.

3. Please present the original of the agreed version of the contract with signature and seal (1 copy) at registration. In this case you will receive in return 1 copy of the contract signed by the Foundation, as well as the original invoice for payment.

If for some reason you cannot or have forgotten to present your original contract, please notify the representatives of the organizing committee, a package of two contracts signed by the Foundation will be prepared for you, one of which you will need to sign on your side and send by postal service to the address of the Foundation: Novosibirsk, Morskoy Ave. 2, P.O. Box 187, postal code 630090.
