Dynamic parallelization in successive bandwidth reduction approach for the reduction of a symmetric matrix to tridiagonal form

In the talk a new dynamic parallelization for the reduction of a band matrix to tridiagonal form is considered. We present some details of implemented optimizations: dynamic parallelization of eigenvectors computations, speculative computations in QR, dynamic parallelization of the reduction of banded matrix to tridiagonal form and how these techniques are combined for achieving high performance.
