Invitation

Dear colleagues,

It’s our great pleasure to announce The IV Scientific-Technological Symposium CATALYTIC HYDROPROCESSING IN OIL REFINING (STS HydroCat) to be held online via Zoom, on April 26 – 30, 2021.

The global tendency towards more stringent clean fuel specifications, the refining industry's efforts at resolving this issue, the growing demand for transport fuels and the shift to diesel fuel has meant that hydrotreatment has become an increasingly important process of refining in recent years. Hydrotreating technologies are continuously associated with intensive research in development of advanced catalysts design for oil refining processes. Symposium program is devoted to the development of new catalysts and processes for refining, as well as tendencies of the technological development of these sectors in the world.

Over the past times in Saint Petersburg (2014), Belgrade (2016), and Lyon (2018), this Symposium has become a good tradition to unite scientific experts and representatives of industrial companies, and to provide them a unique platform for an analysis of trends in the development of advanced catalysts design for oil refining processes, exchange of opinions on the achievements in the development of new catalysts and their use, and the elaboration of unified approaches to the introduction of innovative technologies in the industry.
