At the Zvezda-Zepter Hotel in Vrnjacka Banja (Serbia)

The Zvezda Zepter Hotel in Vrnjacka Banja (Serbia) has special prices for participants of the MIT-2023 Conference.

It is assumed that the Hotel will accept about 100 people on a full-board basis, who will be given the opportunity to settle in single or double rooms. The cost of such accommodation (per day) is:

• 8800 Serbian dinars (76 euros) in a single room (one bed, 30 sq.m.)
• 6600 Serbian dinars (56 euros) in a double (two beds, 35 sq.m.) for each guest

The price includes:

• breakfast, lunch and dinner (all meals are served in buffet style)
• VAT
• Internet (Wi-Fi)
• SPA & Wellness center (indoor swimming pool with thermal and mineral water, sauna, jacuzzi, gym)

Additionally, accommodation tax and insurance in the amount of 155 dinars per guest per day are charged.

A choice is possible:

• Deluxe Room - French bed for one person (200x200 cm) or French bed for two (200x200 cm) or two separate beds (100x200 cm)
• Luxe Room - French bed for two persons (180x200 cm) or two separate beds (90x200 cm)

Two halls in the Congress Center of the Hotel will be provided for meetings, it's free of charge if all participants stay at the Zvezda-Zepter Hotel. The fee for the installation of exhibition stands in the lobby of the Congress Center is charged:

• 3000 dinars per 1 sq.m with an area of 1 to 4 sq.m.
• 2500 dinars per 1 sq.m. with an area of 5 to 8 sq.m.
• 2000 dinars per 1 sq.m. with an area of 8 sq.m.

The registration fee for participants and accompanying participants of the Conference includes a festive dinner with a musical program and a package of drinks for guests staying at the Zvezda-Zepter Hotel. The cost of the gala dinner for guests who only use the gala dinner and do not stay at the Zvezda-Zepter Hotel is 4,300 dinars (37 euros).

The festive dinner menu includes:

• cold appetizers - a selection of sausages and cheeses, mixed salads, salty cakes and buns, fresh salads
• main course - white chicken, kebabs, pork fillet in sauce, smoked trout fillet
• • package of homemade drinks (during a dinner lasting 4 hours without restrictions: domestic cognacs: plum, quince, apricot, pelinkova, vodka, black, white and red wine, beer, carbonated and still water). After the expiration of the 4-hour package, the guests can pay for drinks individually according to the current price list of the Hotel

The Organizing Committee urges the participants to submit their individual applications for accommodation at the Zvezda-Zepter Hotel by May 20, 2023. Otherwise, the Hotel administration will resort to penalties in the form of price increases.

The payment for all Hotel services is made through the Organizing Committee of the Conference. All reservations are made exclusively through the Organizing Committee.

The payment at the Hotel reception desk will cost significantly more than the special prices for Conference participants charged by the Organizing Committee.

In case of a significant jump in prices and disturbances in the money market, the Hotel reserves the right to adjust certain prices for services with prior notice and in agreement with the MIT Organizing Committee.

 

At the Zvezda-Zepter Hotel in Petrovac (Montenegro)

The Conference sessions will be held at the Palace Hotel, located right on the beach, surrounded by olive and orange trees.

Each participant is invited to book a hotel or apartment independently (there are many of them in Petrovac), through one of the Internet services, for example, through Booking.com.

The Organizing Committee will try to provide the necessary assistance.
