Some Classes of Symmetric Matrices and Applications

This paper deals with algebraic properties of some types of symmetric matrices (arrow matrices). We will consider reduction techniques for non-homogeneous linear systems of the first order operator equations with the system matrix in the arrow form. We will also be interested in some inequalities referring to the degree of some classes of regular graphs.
