Registration fee

 

The registration fee includes participation in the scientific sessions, all conference documentation and materials, conference kit & bag, Welcome reception, lunch, refreshments, excursion.

Early registration rates are available until June 10, 2022.

Standard registration rates are applied after June 10, 2022 to August 1, 2022.

The conference fee for an accompanying person is 440 Euro. This fee is intended for spouses, children, friends and relatives of the attending participants who do not have any connection to the conference sessions. Please be advised that the status of an accompanying person does not apply to co-authors. This fee includes the same mentioned above services except conference documentation and materials, conference kit & bag, certificate of participation.

Payment for early and standard registration fees will be available in the following ways:

- Credit cards

The Invoice for the payment by bank transfer will be sent to you by E-mail upon your request to ILIOS COMPANY.

- All bank charges for the fees transfer services must be paid by the participant.
- To ensure that we process your payment correctly, please indicate “CRS-6” and the delegate name at the payment.
- We recommend you to choose the most optimal and convenient way of payment’ option through the individual discussion with ILIOS.
- We kindly ask you to put us aware of the payment made (crs6@myilios.eu).

Cancellation policy

- Request for cancellation up to 10 July, 2022 inclusive: refund 75% of paid amount
- Request for cancellation during 15 July – 5 August, 2022: refund 50% of paid amount
- Fees are not refundable after 5 August, 2022
Refund payment will be settled after the conference (during a month).
