Правила оформления УСТНЫХ презентаций.

Dear speakers, please, plan your presentation time including 5 minutes for questions. Only PowerPoint presentations made in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or XP can be accepted. Use embedded
pictures and animations only; picture and animation links to the Internet or to other files will not be accessible.Slide projectors or overhead projectors are NOT available during the BGRS\SB'14 Conference.
Please, take into account that it will not be possible for you to load your presentation during the session by yourselves. Presentations are loaded on the main computer by the technician of the Organizing Committee only.
To ensure that the presentations are well prepared and compatible with the main presentation computer, we strongly advise you to bring your materials as PowerPoint files on USB device or CD disk to the Room no. 200 at the House of Scientists and check the presentation with the technician of the Organizing Committee not later than 30 min before the start time of the session where you are presenting. This will prevent any confusion when loading the presentations on the main computer. You may also bring your laptop for copying your presentation to the main presentation computer. Use of your
own laptop during your presentation is not recommended. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Organizing Committee in Room No. 200 at the House of Scientists.

Poster Size: The maximum size allowed for each poster is 0.7m wide х 1.2m high.
Please note that this is a portrait (vertical) poster.

Authors must bring their posters printed and ready, as no facilities to produce posters at the Conference are available. Organizers will provide boards and push pins to display your posters. Posters should be readable from a distance of about two to three feet—for easy reading by several people at one time. The poster reports are subdivided into the groups according to the scientific sessions’ schedule. The posters being presented during the subject scientific session shall be posted starting from 9:00 to 20:00 in the Small (or Large) Conference Hall Foyer. Material should be removed soon after the ending of the poster session. In the case the author(s) does not take away the poster, it will be removed by the BGRS\SB’14 Organizing Committee. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Organizing Committee in Room No. 200 at the House of Scientists.

Тезисы сообщений представляются на английском языке. Тезисы, рассмотренные и принятые Программным комитетом, будут опубликованы как в электронном виде (на сайте конференции), так и в виде сборника.

Авторы уведомляются о получеании тезисов.

Тезисы, оформленные в соответствии с Правилами оформления тезисов, необходимо прикрепить к заявке на доклад. Для подачи заявки на доклад необходимо зарегистрироваться для участия в конференции здесь.

Правила оформления тезисов

Abstracts must be written in English and Abstract length should not exceed 1 page, being A4 format (210 x 297 mm). Text should be single-spaced with 3.5 cm from the left margin and 2.5 cm from other margins and justified.

Instructions to Authors

Please use 12-point Times New Roman font. Do not indent the start of paragraphs.
Please subdivide manuscripts of extended abstract into the following sequence of sections:

TITLE
THE TITLE SHOULD BE TYPED IN BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS (14-POINT TIMES NEW ROMAN FONT)

Separate title from names of authors by one blank line.
Names of authors
Authors' surnames and initials should be typed in the separate line in bold Italics, and the family name should follow initials.
In the next line, the institutional affiliation(s), city, and country of authors should be given.
E-mail address of the corresponding author must be in the next line.
Any changes of address may be added to the footnotes. The corresponding author should be indicated by an asterisk and the footnote 'Сorresponding author'.

If authors have different institutional affiliations, please, put the same superscript number for each affiliation in the same order as the names of authors are listed after the family names and before the institutional affiliation of authors.

The text is divided into sub-sections under the following headings: Motivation and Aim; Methods and Algorithms; Results, Conclusion and Availability; References (if necessary). All these words should be typed in Italics. In cases where authors feel the headings inappropriate, some flexibility is allowed. The abstracts should be succinct and contain only the material relevant to the headings. If internet hyperlinks are available for any part of the abstract, then this should be given in the form of 'clickable text', i.e.{{http://www...}}.

  • Motivation and Aim (specifically state the scientific question within the context of the field of study and indicate the purpose of the study);
  • Methods and Algorithms;
  • Results (summarize the scientific advance or novel results of the study);
  • Conclusion (briefly discuss the data and emphasize the significance of the results and their impact on computational biology);
  • Availability: This section should provide the software availability (academic or commercial) if the paper focuses mainly on software development or on the implementation of an algorithm. Examples are free availability over the Internet on www or ftp server; available on request from the authors; or available as a commercial package. The complete address (URL) should be given.
  • Acknowledgements (if necessary).

References (if necessary): References in the text are numbered in square brackets consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned, beginning with number 1.

The references in the reference list are numbered according to the order they appear in the text.
